Computer and Equipment Requirements
Before servicing, your equipment must meet the technical requirements needed to support client systems and real-time customer interactions. This is not basic computer use — you will be working within secured systems that require reliability and performance.
• Desktop or laptop computer (no tablets or Chromebooks)
• Updated operating system compatible with client systems
• USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• Webcam may be required for training or certification
• Dual monitors recommended for efficiency
• Ability to install required software and system updates
Specific system and hardware requirements may vary depending on the client program selected.
Internet Requirements
A stable and reliable internet connection is required at all times. Because you will be connected to live systems, any interruptions can directly impact your ability to service customers.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum speeds may vary by program)
• Hardwired Ethernet connection required during servicing (no Wi-Fi)
• Stable connection with minimal interruptions
• No use of public or shared internet networks
Specific connection requirements will be provided based on the client program selected.
Home Office Requirements
You will be handling real customer interactions, which means your environment must meet professional standards at all times. Background noise, distractions, or interruptions are not permitted during servicing.
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• No background noise (children, TV, music, etc.)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security
• Dedicated workspace used only for servicing
• No interruptions during scheduled servicing time
Additional workspace and security requirements may apply depending on the client program selected.
Independent Contractor Expectations
This opportunity requires personal responsibility and accountability. You are operating independently and are expected to manage your time, performance, and compliance with all requirements.
As an independent contractor, you are not an employee. This means you are responsible for your own taxes and financial obligations.
• Completing certification (may include a fee depending on the program)
• Selecting and managing your own service schedule
• Providing and maintaining your own equipment and internet
• Handling your own taxes as an independent contractor
• Maintaining performance standards required by client programs
• Background screening may be required prior to final approval (fees may apply depending on the program)
Additional requirements and fees may vary depending on the client program selected.
If you meet the requirements and are ready to move forward, you can request full details and begin the application process.
Opportunities are limited and onboarding is selective.
